I have been in line for 10 minutes already with one teller (Shelley Gray) working. There was one customer in line before me while Shelley is with one in office. Shelley comes out office, takes customer before me and goes back in office. My problem is that I am only cashing a check, which I know only takes 2 minutes. I am not a Suntrust member and with this and my past experiences here and other Suntrusts in the area, I vow to never be a member. Very unprofessional and lazy.
This branch has a fantastic staff who truly care about the community they serve. Banking Institutions are gradually moving from traditional branches to more convenient locations like inside supermarkets. This doesn't mean these branches are less capable of handling all your banking needs than a traditional branch. On the contrary, with less overhead, the bank is able to bring in the best and brightest bankers that are capable of doing anything and everything to make sure all your needs are met in the most effective and efficient way possible. These are the people who will get to know you on a first name basis and who are happy to have a chat even if you are just there to pick up groceries. Plus, they are there for you until 7pm on weekdays and 6pm on Saturdays.
