State Road & Tollway Authority

I have called the phone number twice now, sat on hold for roughly 30 minutes each time before being hung up on. One of the times the automated operator came on and said there are 0 people waiting in front of you, then I sat for another 10 minutes before being hung up on. Of course I'm calling because I've received two notices with a $25 fine each saying that I don't have a Peach Pass, all the while this thing is stuck to my damn windshield with more than enough balance to cover the $0.50 a day I use. I believe it's a scam as well, I have out-of-state plates so they assume they can get money out of me. I am stationed here with the military.
