I order the same drink pretty much daily and this is the only Starbucks that doesn't fill my cup up with non-fat milk. Today the girl at the drive thru window told me they're not allowed and all she can do is add more ice. When I told her I order online and at other stores almost daily and never have this issue she said they always add more ice not milk. Not sure how she'd know this since it's not their store I get it from usually but either way I'll make sure I use the store on Mansell and Alpharetta hwy, nicer employees and they're not hard pressed for skim milk :)
