I'm usually pleased with my experience here, so it pains me to have to call this location out. They know me and my drink by name. I was extremely disappointed in the service this morning and the drink was horrific. Was surprising a loved one with his favorite drink, and it was a fail. I tasted it myself-tasted like a big block of sweet ice. Caramel frappachino is a signature drink...this should be made right every time. Barista seemed offended that i didnt like the drink. She made no apologies and wanted to remake the drink; I asked for a refund instead, again not my drink. Had to go to the Kroger counter to get what I needed. I had to make two trips in order for them to get it right. Employees at this location need customer service as well as frappachino training.
