I wish I could give this location a 10 star review. The manager was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I was on the fence about what phone to upgrade to but Ale went above and beyond her call of duty to help me make the right choice and I couldn't be happier. It's refreshing to see that great customer service still exists in the retail business in a world where even good customer seems like a commodity. I definitely recommend this location to any and all new, existing, and potential Sprint customers.
