Southeastern Oral Surgery Associates

The Doctor was awesome, we really liked him. The office staff on the other hand were not great. They were rude as a matter of fact. My wife is a Nurse and I am a Firefighter so we understand how hectic the medical field can be. But they messed up my insurance and were rude when we called to get it fixed. They were rude in the office and spoke to my wife very disrespectfully. I was having a biopsy done and they didn’t even tell me that I needed to coordinate with the lab to see if they take my insureance till AFTER the procedure. So If they don’t I’ll have to either pay out of pocket or it’s all for nothing. I have a follow up next week, but I probably will look for another Dr due to the office staff being that rude. It’s unfortunate too because we really liked the Dr.
