My boyfriend and I came here over the weekend to look at engagement rings and to kill some time before I had to get my hair done. We were just browsing Around and were greeted by a lady (I forget her name). The whole entire experience just wasn’t that pleasant. She made me feel like I HAD to make a decision and felt like I couldn’t just look at the rings without them basically being thrown at me. It was so overwhelming and suffocating. Then after all that she takes my boyfriend to the side and asks him if he wanted to go ahead and purchase one “because tomorrow is the last day of the sale and it might not be here” blah blah blah. If was so pushy and you can tell these people really work off commission. I will be going back to Shane co. It was a much better experience and never once felt pushed.
