SmartStyle Hair Salon

I checked website it said they opened at 10am. I arrived around 10:45 to find sign said they open at 11am. This was no problem. I waited. At 11:20 no one had arrived to open, so I called another location across town. The person who answered told me they thought the location didn't open til 12. I waited. At 12:25 no one had still arrived. I asked a Wal-Mart employee who told me this was normal sometimes they don't open til 3, and sometimes they don't open at all so I left and went to Supercuts
