Shea Locs Natural Hair Studio

First time coming to the shop and had to get my hair washed in ice cold water or wait for over 30 mins for it to heat up (as sugggest by my stylist) also it’s extremely hot and they can’t adjust the thermostat bc the owner has it locked and none of the staff have the key. Hot atmosphere an cold water not a good combination. My stylist was great an professional but the owner of this shop needs to use all this money she getting to pay bills
