Worst experience ever, i called ahead of time to ask how busy they are since im driving a semi truck and i am loaded with over 600 miles to go, i am told they can start working on my truck as soon as i get there.... once i get there, firat there is no space for a semi with a trailer, second there was 3 trucks ahead of me, third i was told i needed to replace the pinion seal and about 3 hrs later came to find out the differential casing needed to be replaced too but was not gonna be there until noon the following day.... next day gets here and the tech is nowhere to be found and is noon already, half an hr later he shows up and tells me the casing is gonna get here at 1pm, well, 1pm gets here and again tech disappears so i get a hold of the manager and this guy tells me that the casing is gonna be here at 2-2:30 and that 2pm is like noon, that i cannot rush this type of stuff smhhh.... so here i am waiting on the parts with over 600 miles to go, the tech hasnt show up yet and a guy that is supposed to be the suppervisor telling me, that yes, i was told at noon but not to sweat it bc 2pm is NOON..... unbeliaveble
Update**** it is now 3:11pm and the parts still havent gotten here
Update**** 3:50pm the manager brought the parts in, and after talking to the tech for a min, he approached me and explained me how local part stores only do deliveries once a day and once you miss it is up to you to go get whatever parts you need which is our case. He apologized for the misunderstanding and the delays, he also made clear that my time was important for them and that they are trying their best to get me back on the road as soon as possible.....
I will update once the truck gets finished, hopefully they can make it right to somehow brighten this somewhat dark experience....
