Changed companies and didn’t notify me. Claimed they sent a letter to me but it was RETURNED to them so I never got it because they put in the wrong address. Even with the letter being returned they didn’t they didn’t try to reach out and get a new address nor did they attempt to send the letter via email. Many hidden fees with the new company Secure Care. I never agreed to the terms of Secure Care but yet I’m subject to the fees of a company I had no idea they were switching to. The guy Milton is always nice and I have no issues with him but, It’s PLENTY of other storage centers in the area please go elsewhere!
