This placed is staffed by a bunch of high school kids who lack customer service skills. The oldest person is probably the cook, who is too lazy to make any changes to the simplest order. The Savannah locations are so much better than this one. These places in Pooler try to be upscale, but they consistently offer subpar service. You are better off going to the McDonald's across the street.

I have been going here for years. Today is the first day I can say they disappointed me. I placed an online order with a20 minute pick-up time. When I arrived (well past the 20 wait time), I overheard the cashier (who seem to have no clue how to breathe, none the less how to provide customer service) telling another customer they had NO RICE TO COMPLETE THERE ORDER. The customer wasn't happy because they had been waiting over 40 for their simple order. Initially I wanted a refund. Then, I decided I would take noodles in place of the rice (I had my children waiting for dinner,. I didn't want to try to order somewhere else and wait even more. ) The cashier told me we can't do that. I explained to get at this point she needed a lesson in customer service since they are the ones who failed to call me about not having ANY RICE. She was clueless again and sent the manage over. He was just as clueless s the cashier. After waiting over an hour for NO RICE AND NOODLES THAT THEY WEREN'T PREPARED TO SERVE, i finally got my food. $75 later, the manage have a silly card for one free item and a card for a free drink each time I come in and order. He acted like he didn't have a care in the world for the customers waiting for food that didn't even need rice. He left the kitchen area and hid ion three office, while the cashier who was clueless stood away from the front area. She was trying to avoid having to explain something she was clueless about. WHAT KIND OF ASIAN THEMED RESTAURANT RUNS OUT OF RICE. STAY WAY FROM THERE UNTIL THEY FUGUE OUT, RICE IS NECESSARY IN THEIR BUSINESS.
