I bought a pair of shoes here. The next day I opened the box and found that there were two lefts and no right. The hours posted on the door say they open at 10 am. I was at the door at 10 am sharp to get the issue fixed. Door locked. I waited. After five minutes I called. No one answered. I kept calling and trying each department. No answer even after trying five different departments. Finally at 10:10 am someone came to unlock the door. She asked how I was. I told her I was a little miffed for having to wait outside for 10 minutes. She said something I wasn't able to hear but it was a rude comeback. They have THE slowest checkouts I've ever seen. Employees don't care how long you have to wait to check out. I don't shop here and this reminded me why. This place is a joke. The store is dirty, you can't get help, no one answers the phones, employees don't care. I don't know how they stay open. If you shop here, get what you're looking for and are able to not wait in the checkout for 20 minutes, something went wrong.
