THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!! THEY TRICK YOU INTO SELLING THE PRODUCT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY ON YOUR FIRST DAY AND SAY “ It’s for training purposes” SUR/SCENTURA CREATIONS lie on job descriptions to lure people into their scam. I’m in my third day of training and already see that it is BS! AVOID THIS JOB AND COMPANY .. IT WILL LITERALLY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

On the phone and in my first interview I was told this was an Entry-level manager position but I did not apply to any management positions on any job boards. I went to the ad on Zip Recruiter and it was for a Clerical Administrative, so they obviously lied just to get me there but I was desperate to start a new job so I went. Upon hire, I was told I would be paid $200-$400 cash weekly and bonuses bi-weekly depending on how well I do and my positive attitude, I was fine with that however it was not true. They want you to direct sell in parking lots and gas stations, and the extra money you make from the sale is all you keep for yourself. They want you to get by on TIPS during the course of the training which could be up to 8 weeks. I also did not like that while they had us out in the field I was the only one to drive that entire time. No one else had cars, no one else volunteered and that was hard on me seeming as I had to drive a total of 3 hours to commute. I seriously think they make their money by bamboozling desperate job seekers into selling their product in the field. Think about it: You make it through training, get your office, then you trick at least 10 people a week into becoming part of your team; you will make A LOT of sales whether or not they stick around to become managers. In the short time I was there, I asked 2 of the employees, who said they stayed behind to get more knowledge (yeah right), how long they've been there and both said, "A long time." One even stated that it was an inappropriate question. I just thought that was so strange. In regards to the product, everything they tell you is true. They do last a long time and are identical to the designers (which is why I gave the 2 stars). That is one thing they don't lie about. It's good to know you can order online. In regards to working here, I would suggest passing up on the opportunity unless you are sales oriented and have a decent income through training. However ,the product is legit and you can order online.
