I was really excited to try out the new Sakura on Milledge. My grandparents came to visit and we were supposed to enjoy a nice meal. Me and my grandmother order the shrimp and chicken combination dinner to split. The waitress, Kylie, rolled her eyes and muttered something under her breath to the busboy. She did not smile a single time. Her and the busboy walked by our table multiple times, looked at our empty cups and did nothing. Eventually I asked her for a refill after waiting for close to 10 minutes and she seemed to be very offput that I would ask for a refill and rolled her eyes, once again no smile. She slapped down the check at the end of the meal without any comment. While I usually do not write reviews, I am utterly disgusted with her attitude and treatment towards customers especially since the meal was not cheap. Needless to say we will not be returning and I fully intend to contact the manager to file a formal complaint.
