Ruth's Chris Steak House - Alpharetta

First, I would like to say that the staff was very friendly. If I could rate them separately I would give them 5 stars. The food was just prepared very poorly. All 3 soups came to the table cold, then returned on same plate after being excessively microwaved. The crab stack was a very big disappointment. Out of the 11 (8 steaks, 3 fish) entrees ordered at least half of the party was not satisfied with the with the preparation or the quality of the meat. The fish was prepared in a satisfactory manner. Very big disappointment, will not return. I advise you to find another steakhouse.
