Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of Alpharetta

Sorry for this everyone who viewed my previous review. Here is the truth. Safe Dry I was not happy with. The staff was friendly but of course pulled the old bait and switch. They were to come and do a $99 special. I ended up spending over $200 (a $400 value apparently) and it was a hassle and made me feel super uncomfortable. I got a “deal” in his words just to write a 5 star review. He made me do it in his presence!!! After he was done the tool he used on my stairs left dirt and hair (gross!) all over the staircase floor boards so I was left having to clean up the mess. And then the chemicals he used splattered ALL OVER my hardwood floors tarnishing it! I had to resurface the floors as WE LIVE IN A RENTAL. So thanks. The carpets looked nice initially, but after a week they still looked dinghy and grey. I am nice and didn’t call to complain or to get my money back which I deserved. I am just updating my review to reflect an HONEST REVIEW. Will never be using Safe Dry again.
