Rodeway Inn

I had a reservation set to stay at this location. Arrived after midnight after a long day of traveling tired and ready to sleep, to be told my reservation had been cancelled. So I'm like who cancelled it and why? I was told the hotel cancelled it for NO SHOW!! So I'm like I'm then you can fix that because I'm here and according to my reservation and the hotel guaranteed policy states Your room will be held until 7:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax. So you would expect some kind of accommodation but nothing. Was told only one room left and it's a more expensive room and I'll have to pay the difference. So ask for a manager was told it's to late to call a manager. I ended up getting a hotel somewhere else.. I recommend no one stay at this place. I don't think they know what customer service is..
