We worked with Shelby for my new truck. Her service was impeccable. She was very knowledgeable. She literally spent the entire afternoon with us and would not rest until we got the best deal. She answered all of our questions (which were endless). I didn't wake up that day planning to buy a new truck and I'm 100% sure if we had not been able to work with Shelby we would not have purchased.
