Extremely rude - Will pay this loan off as soon as possible and never work with them again. I would suggest you take your business to First Franklin or Republic Finance. No good customer service here at all. They are not set up to to process payments electronically, which means you cannot make payments over the phone and have to mail or physically leave a payment at their location which is extremely inconvenient. Highly NOT recommended.
"A total disaster" taking payments, not over the phone payments, no online payments in Georgia, You have to go to the office to pay with cash, or money order or check, that waste my time and piss me off, now with the technology at your fingertips, this guys are far behind, you better take your business somewhere else, not to friendly, either for what noticed today trying to make my first payment over the phone.
This place has terrible customer service. Actually the worst I have ever seen but that’s not the only reason for my review. I wanted to let everyone who is a customer here know that you can pay this company directly from your bank account. If you have Wells Fargo you can add Regional Finance to your bill pay section. Just make sure you know your account number with Regional Finance. I don’t know why Regional Finance does not tell customers this but I know it saves me a headache not having to go to this location and interacting with John/Eric. I hope this helps someone.
