I didn't have any problems with Susan. She and her husband were both fine, when I had an issue with my AC they gave me window units for the night until someone could come out the next day to fix it. she helped me, and i'd use her again if i was in the area. I'd much rather use someone local than a housing agency, those are nightmares!
