I don't care what people say, be careful with this company... They don't communicate well throughout the process, pretty much no communication. The secretaries are generally not nice to deal with and make it impossible to get help when you have questions. I was told several times that Beth AKA "Elizabeth" would call me back to help, never did I get a call back. I had to basically religiously call them to get her on the phone, and even then I feel she did/said whatever it took to get my money. Honesty is the best quality in a reality company and after dealing with RPM I can say they are far from it. If you are like most people trying to relocate into a new home, you probably don't have money to throw away in lots of applications. You want to make sure you have the best chance of being accepted by asking questions and making sure everything you need is there. It takes honesty, communication, and transparency from the company you are working with to do that. And sorry to say in my experience, Real Property Managment is not that company. Be careful when dealing with them, they will take your money and give you as little help as possible.
