I have had the same appliance serviced by another local repair place and found myself disappointed each and EVERY time... feeling frustrated, and that I have wasted my time because the appliance never worked afterwards.
I was referred to them, and find myself overjoyed with not only their customer service, but the proficiency.
I will request Grady from now on in reference to any appliance issues that I may have in the future.
