Rude staff, go to Kroger. Across the street, better deals, and WAYYYY nicer & helpful staff. There's no point in having the customer service desk at publix because they're always rude and barely helpful. Deli service sucks, they can never make a sandwich right, even though it's their job. Won't be going back.
