Shawn was a 10. I reserved my unit online last night and Shawn called me back the next morning at Exactly 9:31 to give me all the details on using Public Storage. She was so kind and patient, sweet, and empathetic to my situation and I really enjoyed just talking to her.definitely worth the extra driving time from my side of town!
