Prissy Lady Virgin Hair

So the customer service is great, however you are not buying the customer service you are buying the hair and the hair is AWFUL! I tried to color it and it wouldn't color! Plus once I got home and was able to compare it to the hair I normally buy it definitely felt like there were plastic strands in it (synthetic). I will not ever buy hair from here again. Very disappointed and should of just stuck with my normal choice but I wanted to try something new. The reason why I give this place a two star is because the man that helped me was extremely nice! I give the hair itself 0 stars!
