Absolutely the worst experience ever! Will not eat here again. Ordered 6 pizzas from them and THREE of them were completely wrong! The guy who is obviously the manager had no explanation as to why they were screwed up and didn't even apologize or offer any type of compensation for this order... I mean to be honest with you I probably would have declined because I don't like taking advantage but the offer would have at least been nice... he just seemed so clueless it wasn't even funny and the girl at the register could care less ... the whole time she was playing on her phone paying me no attention AS I WAS TALKING TO HER! ... and not to mention while I was in there there were THREE other people in there for the same reason I was.... upper management needs to review the camera footage and pinpoint these awful employees! This place needs to fire everyone not doing their jobs properly and bring in a whole new crew because they are giving Pizza Hut a VERY bad name... get it together! I also plan on contacting upper management about this because this is probably the 3rd time within the last 6 months that this has happened.... if I could give negative stars I would!

Our pizza got screwed up the second time around even after I told them exactly what it was supposed to have on it. I just really didn't understand how the hell you can literally tell someone and they still screw it up...
I heard the other manager or store employee calling the head manager in and basically saying "you need to come in it's crazy in here and we don't know what to do"
They had to call this man in on his off day because they had no clue what to do...
Long story short though we ended up actually speaking to the head manager at this location he apologized profusely and even offered to remake our pizza himself.... and gave us a store credit for screwing it up so many times and for the disrespectful behavior of his staff.... you could tell that the atmosphere at the store was a little bit different once he arrived.... I'm assuming he knows what he's doing because they weren't running around like crazy people anymore... he seem to have it all under control you can tell that the head manager here knows what he's doing and at least takes pride in what he does instead of just letting his employees run amok but with that being said this also shows that apparently his other employees do not know how to function without him and I think that says a lot .... I think it means that he helps a lot and does what he supposed to do and his staff is probably taking advantage of that. The GM here deserves better than what he is given...
