Reserved and paid for truck parking, but no space was available upon arrival, associate checked parked trucks and had to ask two unpaid parked trucks to move. This took nearly 25 minutes. It was 2:30 am and no showers were available for another 45 minutes, yet no shower customers except our team of two were visibly waiting. Reserved one shower online 15 minutes later. Next morning no reserved parking had the barriers replaced so we were woken early by random drivers with no visible receipts displayed (drivers were using the reserved spaces for shopping vs paid resets this may be the cause of your non paid guests creating more problems for your associates and paid guests) plenty of friendly chit chat from associates and employee morale seemed joyful. Seems inefficiently cleaned since its difficult to believe there were so many shower customers in the 10 hours we spent there we were informed of wait times each time we personally inquired. Rollergrill empty when i went to buy a breakfast item. Feces with wad of tissue present in reserved parking from evening through 10 am. Trash can with no liner near coffee blocked the womens restroom during a peak time in am shift. Photos provided and receipts upon request for the owner of this location if wanted.

Great place to stop if you're on the road there's food gifts and more lots of parking it's a fairly large truck stop I used to drive semi truck myself and appreciate that it's very well maintained they offer all different fuel types of course diesel very good store with great people good service and a friendly atmosphere.
