I have had peachstate auto insurance for over 3 years, maybe more at this time. My Broker Andrew was so great!!! I could call at anytime to ask for assistance and get above and beyond my expectation. Recently, I had some trouble with my vehicle and needed to contact my Roadside Assistance. I could not find the number in my phone for some reason so I called Peach State. The person who answered the phone and advised me that I did not have Roadside Assistance. I attempted to explain to her that I have always had it. I told her when I called in Feb 2017 to get information I was told that I did not have it at that time as well, however; when I called my insurance carrier they mentioned I did. I was able to get the roadside assistance at that time. She said "well you don't have it now"! We begin to exchange words and she hung up on me. When I called back for further assistance she gave me the number to Roadside (after saying SHE DID NOT HAVE IT) during my initial call. They then said I don't show active in there system. When I asked for a Manger, this young lady begin to tell me that she WAS the Manager. So let me run this back. Long standing Customer, Faithful to PeachState, Advised you that I have had this issue in the past, OH AND IN Distress and you tell me there is nothing you can do.
I called back today to see if she can contact the insurance company to see what was going on with my policy ( my broker, it thought) and she told me " i gave you the number Saturday, you can call them). She continued to talk over me like she had in the past. Customer Service is EVERYTHING. I told her that I would be looking into changing my policy to another Peach State Auto insurance LOL. Her reply was " Sure, you will have to cancel your policy with us, pay more else where along with a deposit" What service. I have sent many people to this place, and I will NOT do that as long as she is there (Lorena). I don't trust my policy in her hands.
