Just go to the Post office!!, I wasn't happy with the service they did nothing for me. I requested a refund same day, With in hours, on the 23 Rd of February. And I am still waiting for it. I have called several times and they keep telling me that it is processing It is a huge scam... Go to the Atlanta location...
