I see why this location got such bad ratings. Service awful, sales clerks does not know how to manage HIS time with each customer, wayyyy too much small talk with people thats not making purchase. I've been standing here for an hour to make a simple size exchange. If I had not put my bag on the counter and pretended to make a new purchase, maybe they would have waited on me. It's a slow Monday night, you probably want to stay away on the weekend. Go to Jared don't waste your time here. They have great service and decent sales. If my bracelet wasn't a gift, I would return it rather than exchange. BTW I'm still waiting.
