I live in Atlanta and have made a point of trying all the sushi places I can. Something I have found with the majority of them is that most of the sushi either starts to taste the same, or it tastes a little less than fresh. If that's not the issue, then the sushi rolls tend to fall apart or just don't look good.
At Pacific Spice, every element of what makes great sushi comes together to create a beautiful dining experience. The service is spectacular (I've eaten there a dozen times and each time the servers are incredible), the soup hot and tasty, the edamame perfectly cooked, and then....the sushi.
It's gorgeous. Their menu is awesome because it has pictures of each roll AND an option for no carbs. Today, I ate the spicy tuna roll, the shogun (no rice) and nigiri. Each roll had a distinct beaty, fresh, mouthwatering. The shogun roll literally melt in my mouth, and I almost cried when I finished the last piece.
After I finished, the waiter brought me a truffle and a fortune cookie. I mean, wow. Go there.
