My experience with Neng has me feeling extremely used and dissatisfied. I told a Neng how I have to move my elderly mother in due to some illnesses and her doctor is here in Atlanta. I spent $450 with him. He was professional, on-time, and knowledgeable about tv’s. I would have NEVER felt this would happened. As a single mother who work 2 jobs and enrolled back to school, I feel this shouldn’t happened to nobody! I’m moving my mother in and wanted to fix her tv’s where she could feel comfortable and knew how to work it. Well, after 4 days of Neng bringing the tv’s back, NEITHER one works correctly. One picture goes out after watching it for a hour or so, and the other one does not come on at all. He doesn’t return my phone calls and text messages. Please if you need any tv fix, please be careful before you consider Neng. He probably can fix it, BUT if you have any follow-up issues he WILL NOT try to return your phone calls. It’s hard to loose $450 with nothing in return while taking care of an elderly parent. I honestly DO NOT have $ like that, so I just feel like I should let you know honestly what happened to me.
