I probably wont go to this store as much, because I just found out that one of there nicest employees doesn't work there anymore. I think her name was Alexis. She was really cool! She actually cared about us customers. My first visit to the store she walked by me with a cart full of boxes, she stopped, backed up and said hi to me and asked if I needed any help. I told her it was my first time in the store and she took the time to tell me about it and all the great deals that Ollie's has. She helped me sign up for the Ollie's Army card. ...I was at the store the other day and the other employees look like the just don't care. They look like zombies and sound like robots. The managers are loud and rude with the employees. It's not a bad store, they have great stuff really cheap, but the old fashion customer service just isn't there anymore.
