The absolute worse doctors office I have ever been to! I had gone for my appointment a couple of days ago and the staff told me that I need to pay a co pay. I'm never ever charged any co pay so I ask since when. They were very ignorant and smart saying since I'm looking at your patient chart. I was just stunned! Next, another patient goes up and he's told the same thing I was so he's pissed off and they ask him if he wants them to fax over his patient records to a new doctor? They showed this patient how much they don't appreciate his business! Finally I'm called to see the nurse practitioner and of course the staff had told her whatever but, everyone sitting in the waiting room saw and heard what had happened! Then a woman tells another woman that they didn't have a urine sample from me the last time that I was there. I knew there's something wrong because every time I come there they ask for a urine sample and I give them one so somebody hasn't been doing their job for sure! My advice: find another primary care doctor! This place is not right and they are very unprofessional! They all need to go back to school and learn proper etiquette and professionalism in the work place! This was my last time there. I'm finding a new doctor to take care of me right!
