I was reading some of these "bad experience" comments, and it's so unfortunate anyone hasn't had the best experience as I always have had.. I've been going to Dr. Beaty for years and have only had a WONDERFUL experience, every single time. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly and very professional. They always meet all my expectations. They are helpful and supportive. Especially if digression is appropriate. I will continue going to Milton Hall until they no longer are in buisness. Had a tonsillectomy and sinus correction. They first billed my insurance $100,000 then told me I was only on the hook for $1150. Made the payment schedule and paid up only to have a bill for another $200 and 3 $15 rebilling fees charged to me when they didn't take money from me in April. I recommend another surgery center and also not ENT Institute.
