Miller Property Management was recommended to us by a person who I greatly trust. When we setup an appointment, Jodi was there, on time and prepared to realistically assess our home for renting. We contacted several other managers who would cancel after our appointment time or recommending Miller Property Management. Jodi was upfront with our expected rental time based on the market at that time. Our home rented sooner than expected, thanks to Jodi's marketing. We were told the Management fee and when to expect our balance of the rental payment; additionally, the maintenance expense payments were explained and approval is requested before funds are used. To date, we have always known ahead of time how much to expect from the rental payment minus Management fees and maintenance. Also, we have received our balance on or, in most cases, before the expected date. On a frequent basis, we receive written updates on the condition of our home. We also have received pictures and video after severe storms or after a Management inspection is done. We are extremely pleased with the services of Miller Property Management and recommend them to anyone who wants a dedicated and professional property manager.
