Be careful when you have your mattresses and box springs delivered. This one worker had some 3rd party that charged for delivery.. .and they did not bring my frame. Was told they would deliver it the next day, and never heard from them. I called Mattress Firm .and there was a different worker who knew nothing about my frame. I asked for a manager to call me and it never happened. I was finally able to speak to the original worker and told her I was NOT happy and wanted a refund on the frame. After that the "shady" delivery service kept trying to call me and I told them I no longer wanted the frame.
