First of all, I love Marco's. But this particular location could use some improvement, especially with their customer service. The first time I ordered from there was not the best experience. We literally had just finished moving into our new place that day, so the Marco's we usually order from was now considered too far away so we had to go with this one. I made an order for delivery. First off, they forgot one of my items. No big deal, I'm usually pretty easy going about this stuff. So I call up there. The person I got on the phone was extremely snarky and rude, and made me feel like a burden just for calling. When they asked me for my order number, I wasn't really sure what number on the receipt it was, so I read off the first one I could see. The response I got was very rude, telling me that was not the right number and basically making me sound like I'm stupid. Now, I'm not confrontational for the most part, so I let the person continue with their rude attitude. The missing item was delivered. That should have been my first and last order with them, but I did order from there again a few times, all of which were wrongly made orders and missing items. So I quit ordering from that one. I'd much rather just drive to the one on 96.
