Awful customer service by Manager Jewel. Trainee charged my card twice (which wasn't the main issue because after all she's new and training) it was her choice of BLURTING out my credit card information across the store 3 times to someone who I assume was running the card information. ONLY TO STILL GET IT WRONG AND CHARGE MY CARD TWICE. When I brought this to the store managers attention JEWEL. Before I could explain what transpired and how I felt, SHE BEGAN with "FIRST OF ALL" not even allowing me as a customer to express and describe the situation and began to chastise me. She wouldn't allow me the decency to speak or get a word in edge wise to explain my situation. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER WHO NEEDS A COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly inappropriate for an employee to blurt out my CC info regardless if training (that's just common sense).. Will be calling store owner Corey today to bring light to his awful awful store manager. Jewell wouldn't even look into the charge and said that it would 'drop of my card' however it hasn't and I am reporting it as fraud. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION.
