Unless you want to perform all of the leg work, I advise against doing business with this company. I placed an order almost three weeks ago and had to follow up a week later for a purchase order so I could make the deposit payment. I was told they were short handed and sorry for the delay. My install date was to be on a Friday, I called that day to verify and it was confirmed I was on the install list for that day. A few hours later, I received a call to say they had a big order to install and they may or may not make it that day. If not, the installers would definitely be there the next working day. I called the next work day to confirm my installation and once again it was verified I was on the list for that day. No one called or showed up that day. The following day I had to call and ask about the installation. I received an embarrassing call back several hours later to inform me the material was NOT in stock but I could pick out an alternative stone (when pigs fly). To add fuel to the fire, no apology was offered on their part. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and had my deposit refunded. I wasted two days waiting at home for an install for stone that didn't exist. I also spent two days making arrangements to have my dogs cared for out of the house. I have dealt with Marble Works in the past and the follow up has always been challenging to say the least. It is extremely disappointing and a shame because they have great products and pricing, and the installations result in a beautiful product. Clearly the interfacing between departments is non existent
