Stay clear of this place. I brought a beautiful rocking chair here along with a bolt of soft burgundy fabric with a subtle design. I picked it up yesterday to find that he used the rough and ugly brown backside of the fabric. He insisted that he was right even when I showed him an email from the fabric store confirming that the correct side was the soft burgundy side. He would not back Dow and would not compromise on a redo. To add insult to injury the chair reeks of mildew after sitting in his shop for six weeks. My advice- find a clean upholstery shop and make sure they know which is the correct side!
