LongHorn Steakhouse

The place was very clean, very nice wait staff. Hosts staff very nice and friendly. Food: I ordered the Prime rib extra rare I was told this was available. I ask for a cool red center. I also ask for the largest cut. What I got was a less than quality stake that had been warmed. It was a lite Grey rather than red. The stake was more of a medium rare. If they did not have what I ordered they should have gave me the chance to order something else.
