The waitresses never came back to refill drinks nor ask if everything was ok. Our group was so large that when it was time to pay we tried to help the 1 waitress by some going to pay at register we heard the 2nd waitress say oh they don't want me to touch their cards. We usually tip well but the waitress only earned the small gratuity charged on the receipts....
