Kroger Pharmacy

If you're like me and you don't have insurance then Kroger pharmacy is the ONLY place to go. Their prices are so much cheaper than every other pharmacy. Thanks to Kroger I can afford my monthly prescriptions. The staff are always so nice and professional. The only reason I give a 4 is because you need to be prepared to wait quite a bit when you go to pick up your meds. They are always so busy and it takes time inside and at the window, but when offering the prices they do, it's no wonder they are always so busy.

Waited in drive-through line for almost 30 min. 10-15 min. of that time was spent sitting at the window waiting for someone to even look my way, much less to wait on me. No one even approached the window. This is a total lack of customer service, and I expect Kroger to do better.
