Kroger Pharmacy

FEB Refills I will never step foot into this Kroger pharmacy no matter what the cost!! My ambien was scheduled to be filled today but now they are saying the 17th?? Where in the heck is that coming up??The pharmacist makes up his own rules and has discretion to filled He counts the 30th day as the refill date so I was shorted a pill in retrospect. He was beyond annoyed and didn't treat me as a patient. He treated me like a drug abuser (which I am not) I take certain controlled substances for differed things. He even wouldn't fill a prescription written on my doctors note?? He state he could lose his licences to practice? BS, The Federal guidelines just state the refills and transfers . GA State law just states it i is up to the discretion of the pharmacist. Well he looks at my profile and already think i am some type of insane person. I have PTSD and panic disorder from in the military but having any type of reasoning it was blowing out hot air.. he ignored me basically. I also showed him a list of billing errors and ignored that too. BIn LIN is the Pharmacist's name and i have dignity and pride not to be treated that way. Store Manager involved and may report to GA board as well.

Don’t visit this pharmacy if you’re sick and in need of pharmacy advice. They are too busy and I felt like I was a nuisance simply because I needed clarification on a cold medicine. Will gladly take my money to Walgreens and spend the extra dollars.
