Kohl's Merchants Walk

I came here to buy cologne. I got in line, which was fairly long, and waited. Then I heard the cashier from the jewelry counter say she could take the next person in line. I walk over there with one other lady. As the cashier is checking her out she looks at me and says she would not be able to help me...okay...I mean...you called me over...but...okay. I go back to the other line only to see its now twice as long as when I left. I put the cologne back and walked out. What a waste of time. No wonder this chain is going out of business.
