Poor communication practices. Practice feels clinical and callous (due to office staff at Norcross location...Alpharetta was slightly better). Good therapist by the name of "Z"...not so much with the other staff the we encountered though. Medication mgt. with someone named Diedre...not at all positive. (My son felt worse each time he saw her...he says due to her stoic nature and lack of empathy he felt herded in and out like cattle). Never met Dr. Babalakin after waiting over 6 months for an appointment with her. When I inquired at my child's last visit and indicated that we were still waiting on the appointment with her (Oct), was told she doesn't have openings until next year. Overall, there are much better options in the area. Saving grace is the therapist who is good at what she does. She should work elsewhere. Just our family's opinion. :-)
