I am a first time customer. We ordered the pizza for delivery and received confirmation at 6:21 that said it would be an hour. I called at 7:49 and they were "just walking out the door" after she first said it was a 2 hour wait for delivery. I'm definitely not impressed with the delivery system/confirmation/(lack of) courtesy call. This better be some really good pizza. It's 8:02, they just pulled up. The pizza is lukewarm, but decent, so I will give 3 stars instead of 1. Stop the presses! Wow! I am totally impressed! Management actually called me with an apology and explained the situation. We had a discussion and he was all ears. It's amazing that they cared enough to research the situation. It's such a rare gesture these days that I really appreciate him going out of his way. Well done!
