Most have high miles and dead batteries cause they have sat there for so many years. On the up side, you have options. Many options. The cars won't be new, but not all of them are bad... I think the nicer ones are over priced... and there's little to no room for negotiation, especially during Jan thru April (tax season). But you are likely to find an A to B car there for a decent price.
